moldy towels leaking shower
I must say, my experience wasn't entirely smooth. I requested extra towels and those things never was. A day later, more towels arrived but some of them sported mold. the shower leaked from two sides. The hotel didn't offer any discount for these things and still charged an extra cleaning fee for the dog.

spacious room clean room friendly staff
The king beautiful room was very spacious. the room was also very clean. the staff was friendly. we ate at both the fire clay and vue rooftop. Both were lovely.
the shower in my room has a cloudy glass door. the door is in direct view of one of the beds. each time, one of us had to stay on one side of the room when someone took a shower.

prime location rooftop view kind staff
The location was special, steps from everything i wanted to see. i especially loved the rooftop view. the standard queen room was perfect for our romantic nights. It was clean and well maintained. the staff was also really kind, always ready with a smile.
The coffee in the room could be better. It tasted a bit weak.

i found the service very attentive. the staff delivered our luggage promptly. they answered all our questions about local attractions with so much patience, our exploration was seamless. the attentiveness was indeed comforting.

Fantastic Location, Great Service
historical sites helpful staff rooftop bar delicious breakfast
The location was amazing. Many historical sites were within easy reach. The staff at the front desk were helpful and always available to assist with directions. I found the rooftop bar to have amazing views, though it was quite crowded. The breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the Maryland Crab Benedict.
The elevators sometimes experienced congestion because of the rooftop restaurant. It caused slight delays.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed any questions I had. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. Service was polite! and attentive.

The rooftop bar offers lovely views of the surrounding area. It is a great spot for evening drinks. The hotel includes a modern gym. It features treadmills and weight machines. Valet parking is available.

my room, a beautiful king room, featured two separate sinks. it also included a rainfall shower. the room had a single leather chair.
the view from my room was of an adjacent street with parked cars.
